Returns, Cancellations, and Restocking

All return requests for Reconditioned, New In Box, New Out of Box, and Non-Special Orders are at the discretion of B & B Appliances management.

- New In Box, New Out of Box, and Non-Special Orders may be subject to a 35% restocking fee plus delivery and pickup charges.

- Unauthorized returns may incur up to a 50% restocking fee.

- Order cancellations before delivery are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

- No returns are permitted on special orders.

- Customers can avoid these fees by confirming appliance measurements and installation requirements prior to purchase.

We understand that customers may change their minds or encounter unforeseen circumstances, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist whenever possible.

What is "New Out of Box"?

Out of box appliances are mis-ordered, "wrong color", "didn't fit", "didn't want", closeout, and scratch and dent appliances with full manufacturer warranties.

We meticulously check each appliance we receive so that you can buy with confidence!

We also rate the appliances we sell with a cosmetic rating as follows:

A

Like-new but you save a few!

B

Slight dings or a scratch with a great price to match.

C

A few dings for additional character.

D

Definitely not perfect, but perfectly priced.

Delivery and Installation (Recommended!)

This is our most-popular delivery method since we handle the delivery and installation of your appliances from start to finish including the haul away of your old appliances. All you will need to do is enjoy your new appliances.

Delivery Drop-Off Only

This delivery method is ideal for those who would like to install their own appliances. We will place them in a garage or storage area for you but installation is not included.

In-Store Pickup

If you are out of our delivery area and would like to pick up your appliances at either of our stores. This option is free and perfect for those who prefer a DIY approach. If you arrive with a truck or trailer on the day of your pickup we will help you load your appliances.
